Eduardo Angulo

Provides direct supervision and guidance over all employees and program implementation. Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining partnerships locally, statewide and nationally; fundraising; and serving local and statewide on boards related to equality and education.  Attended Linfield College and has been community organizing in Oregon for 14 years.

Responsible for the outreach, recruitment, retention and parent education component of the POP.  A parent with six children, Javier joined the SKCE staff after serving many years as a volunteer parent-leader in the program.

Facilitates workshops, and provides mentorships to other parents, outreach and recruitment and general program support.  Maria is also a volunteer parent-leader who is an immigrant and joined the staff of SKCE after completing intensive leadership training.
